As part of a Church of England Academy, we have a distinctive character, where Christian values are promoted and modelled in all aspects of school life.
We believe it it our responsbility to empower children to reach beyond with courage and faith, challenging expectations to discover the best within themselves!
We believe that it is the role of the school to work with parents to nurture and develop the 'whole child', by helping our pupils to thrive academically, emotionally, spiritually and physically to enable them to achieve their full potential. In keeping with our Christian ethos, we foster respect for individuals and their differences, and through this we uphold the British Values of democracy, rule of law, respect and understanding for all families, individual liberty and mutual respect.

Helme C of E Academy promotes all Christian Values. In our school we are building foundations for the future and developing all rounded children who are ready for taking their next steps
Our children, parents, staff and governors all voted for the 6 main Christian values which our school focuses on throughout the year. During Spring 1, our focus value is Humility.
